Digital Product Refund Policy: We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download, we generally offer no refunds. Shipping Policy
Shipping cost is included with all product orders. Club BizsSmart Products are available in the United States and International. Our orders process within 24-48 hours from the time you place your order. We partner with USPS for our shipping and the average shipping time is 5-7 business days for the U.S. and 10-15 business days for the International orders. The time will vary based on your location. Club BizsSmart is not responsible for the lost or stolen product items. When the carrier indicate that the products have been delivered, Club BizsSmart consider the order complete. Once your products are shipped, you will receive an email from the shipper with the tracking number. If you need more information, contact support@clubbizssmart.com.
