RETURN AND REFUND POLICY


If it happens that you are not satisfied with your item, please let us know. We Guarantee 100% your satisfaction in the same way we stand behind our products. We achieve our ultimate goal when you are completely satisfied with your purchase!

Refund: All Nutritional Products have a 30-day refund policy. Refunds do not include Shipping or One Time Admin fee. It will be your responsibility to pay for shipping the products back to the company.  Return all Nutritional Products to the mailing address listed below. Refer to the company policies and procedures for a full explanation of our refund policy.
COMMISSIONS CLAWBACK:  The Independent Business Consultant understands and agrees that bonuses or commissions paid within the preceding one hundred and eighty (180) days from the date of return of Products and Services returned by members in his/her downline per the refund policy and/or any merchant dispute, may be deducted from his/her account with the Company. This amount will be itemized on the monthly statement.

You must submit an email to support to get an RMA# to include on the outside of your return package or the package could be refused.

Digital Product Refund Policy v1.930-20: We stand behind the quality of our digital products, and your satisfaction with them is very important to us. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via an Internet download, we generally offer no refunds. And because there is no “trial” or “grace period” after purchasing any digital product(s) which means all sales are final. Once you have purchased the digital product(s), there is no way to “return” it. If you change your mind about your purchase, we will review your refund request. All Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and are issued at our sole discretion for the purchase price only, less a 15% processing fee, any commissions earned. For example, if you purchased a “Smart 1000 Pack” for $1,200, earned $500 in commissions your first 2 days of registration, then requested a refund of the $1,200 purchase price that same day, if we agreed to refund you, you would receive a $425 refund ($1,000 minus $500 paid commissions minus 15% processing fee = $425 refund). Under no circumstances is the one-time “Admin Fee” refundable, even if a refund is granted.

Refund requests, if any, must be made in writing within three (3) days of your original purchase, by no later than 11:59:59 PM EST of the third day. You also understand that requesting a refund will automatically cancel your membership and any pending order(s) or commission(s), and you will not be able to register again for six (6) months. We take fraud seriously. Any member that solicits other members to commit any illegal activity, such as to register to get the digital products in their possession, then request a refund, will be punished to the full extent of the law.
