Q: When are commissions paid?
A: Commissions are processed and paid every Friday, two weeks in arrears. The pay period ends each Sunday at 11:59 PM EST. The minimum commissionable amount payable is $20.00. Commissions are paid each Friday a week in arrear.
Q: Are multiple accounts allowed from the same household?
A: Yes, but each position must have its own SSN/EIN number (if in the USA), and unique email address for each position.
Q: What types of payments are accepted?
A: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Card.
Q: What ways do you pay out commissions?
A: Commissions are paid into your Pay Quicker Account each Friday and paid a week in arrear.
Q: Can I cancel my autoship subscription at any time?
A: Yes, if you have an autoship order, you can cancel it at any time by clicking on the Autoship Link and the RED DELETE BUTTON or by sending a written email to Customer Support at support@clubbizssmart.com.
Q: How old do I have to be to join?
A: You must be at least 18 years old.
Q: Can I transfer my business to another person?
A: You can transfer your business to your spouse, or upon your death, it can be transferred to the person that you designate in your will and it must be approved by management. Any other business transfer must be approved by management.
Q: What are the qualifications for affiliates to earn commission bonuses?
A: Purchased one of any of our Join Packages. You can view the Marketing Plan Page for complete qualifications.
Q: Can I change sponsorship or positions after I have already joined?
A: Once you have joined, you cannot change sponsors or positions. No exceptions, unless your sponsor has been terminated, is deceased, or violated the terms & conditions.
Q: Does the company send out a 1099 income statement for taxes at the end of the year?
A: Yes. If you are a USA citizen and earned commissions totaling $600 or more per year, you will receive a 1099 and you are responsible for paying your own taxes. Your SSN or Tax ID Number must be on file and correct because this information will be submitted to the IRS for that tax year.
